FY26 Budget

Resources and Materials regarding the Town of Norwell’s FY26 Budget and 2025 Town Meeting.

The Town of Norwell is pursuing a $3.7M budget override to fund the FY26 operating budgets of the Town government and Norwell Public Schools. The issue will be brought to the voters for consideration at both Annual Town Meeting on May 5 and Annual Town Election on May 17.

• The Library Director presented the Library’s FY26 Budget Request to the Advisory Board on Monday, February 10, 2025.

• The Library Director and a member of the Library Board of Trustees presented the library’s impact statement to the Select Board on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. The recordings of those meetings can be found on the Norwell Spotlight TV Vimeo page.
